My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Drawing on 20+ years of experience in the helping field, I bring curiosity and compassion to help you navigate the next chapter of your life.

I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Dalhousie University. I work with children, teenagers, and adults. With children 6+, I use play-based and art-based techniques and have experience working with neurodivergence, with a focus on emotional regulation, transitions, and friendship and interaction skills. For teens and adults, I have a particular interest in life transitions, mid-life reinventions, and emotional regulation.
