It can be difficult to create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling in today’s complex world. You may find yourself feeling discontent with life, experiencing anxiety, or struggling to build and maintain satisfying relationships. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions so you can begin living in a way that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are. I take a curious and compassionate approach to therapy, and strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your inner experiences without judgment.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a graduate of Yorkville University with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Over the past six years, I have gained experience working in clinics, universities, and schools, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, addiction, and various neurodiverse concerns. I have also volunteered with Klinic Community Health, where I provided crisis support and intervention to individuals in distress.

Being out in nature and spending time with my loved ones brings me a sense of balance and joy. Whether it’s getting outside for some fresh air or simply sharing meaningful moments with the people closest to me, these experiences help me slow down and reconnect.

I also enjoy fantasy fiction and have spent many years reading the genre and writing my own stories.
