Curious about therapy? Let’s talk about it. Maybe life feels messy and you are looking for a space where you can slow down, pause and reflect, or perhaps things are going well, and you would like support as you move forward. Regardless of where you are on your journey, I’m here to listen.
Drawing on my background in crisis intervention, suicide prevention and supporting survivors of sexual violence, I operate from a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that recognizes you as the expert in your own life. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals with an emphasis on meaningful and sustainable change.
Together, we can explore what works best for you, at your pace, and in a way that feels supportive and aligned with your needs. I strive to create a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I’m currently a student with Yorkville University pursuing my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, where I focused on clinical and developmental research. With nearly three years of experience as a crisis counsellor, I bring extensive knowledge in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, sexual violence, and intimate partner violence. Combining my research background with my front-line experience, I brings a unique and informed perspective to my practice.
I love a good hot yoga or Pilates class! I am an avid traveller who loves the sun and a huge foodie who can never say no to a sweet treat.
