Life can get overwhelming and sometimes even a little scary, especially when you don't know where to turn or how to get yourself feeling grounded again. You might be dealing with anxiety that won't let up, going through a difficult transition, struggling as a parent, or just not feeling like yourself lately.

I've been working in mental health for over 13 years, including crisis services, brief treatment, and longer-term therapy. I've worked with people through some really difficult points in their lives, so I'm comfortable having the hard conversations. You also don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. I’ll meet you where you’re at.

I'm pretty down-to-earth in the therapy room. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, but I think therapy works best when it actually fits the person sitting in front of me. We'll spend time figuring out what's going on, what's been keeping you stuck, and what might help things feel a little more manageable.

I work with children, adults, and families and have a particular interest in anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, parenting and maternal mental health, addictions, and more complex mental health concerns.

As a PhD student in Clinical Psychology, I am deeply interested in pursuing research around the postpartum experience, in particular around NICU experiences and maternal mental health. I also have research experience in sleep and learning and use this experience in my practice.

If you're feeling lost and aren't quite sure where to start, that's okay. We can figure it out together.

Quiet evening conversations in the hammock chairs with a flavoured bubble water – that and lifting heavy definitely bring me a sense of ease.

I really love lifting heavy, scuba diving, or really anything that gets me in the water. The quiet, calm, and beauty truly fill my soul.
