Life can feel like a mountain hike, sometimes the path is steady, and other times it feels rocky, steep, or uncertain. Therapy can be a place to pause, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find support as you navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work through difficult moments and move toward a place that feels more grounded and manageable.
I take a person-centred and holistic approach, which means I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. My background as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse gives me a strong understanding of the medical side of mental health, and I use that knowledge to support the connection between emotional well-being and overall health.
I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you feel respected, comfortable, and understood. I also value culture, beliefs, and values in the therapeutic process, and I work to build a relationship that feels collaborative and meaningful.
I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse currently in my second year of the Master’s in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. Over the past few years, I have worked in both community and acute mental health settings with adolescents and adults. My experience includes supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, and mood disorders.
Outside of my work, I find joy and balance in spending time with friends and loved ones, meditating, listening to podcasts, and watching shows.
I also love painting, especially larger pieces like murals or big canvases, where I can explore different mediums such as acrylic and clay. These creative and quiet moments help me feel grounded, inspired, and connected to myself and the people around me.
