Sometimes clients feel overwhelmed by change and challenges with various life transitions. Struggling to find balance through these transitions can lead to lowered self-esteem, burnout, depression or anxiety.

I utilize a holistic and somatic approach to attune to and assess where clients may feel out of balance.

I aim to establish a positive therapeutic relationship to work with clients to re-establish a sense of balance and confidence in themselves while navigating difficult challenges in their lives. I believe it is important to assess where one has been, where they are and to consider where they are going so they are self-assured in their life choices.

I’m a Registered Social Worker and a University of Manitoba Graduate with a Masters in Indigenous Knowledge. Over the past two years, I’ve worked closely with children, youth, and families providing Action based therapy, play-based therapy and art-based therapy. My approach is holistic in nature, integrating creativity, movement, and somatic practice to honor the whole of an individual’s experience.

Spending time reading, being out in nature, or connecting with the people I care about brings I am deeply connected to the arts: movement, singing, dancing, and story; it is my greatest access point and an intuitive form of expression which offers an invitation to be more of who I am.

I’ve hosted a monthly coffee group for a couple years now, and it always amazes me how community comes together! We are stronger together!

"Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.
